We went to Sandown tonight to hopefully watch Gyspy win the Sapphire but unfortunately it wasn't to be! Oh well - there's still the ShootOut and the Melbourne Cup :) Hunter was pretty good...He fell asleep in my arms downstairs at the table three times before I could successfully put him down without him waking up and then he slept there in his pram for quite a while until the main race when they blared this ridiculous music that woke him up. I got him up to watch the main race and then he went back to sleep again almost straight after. Once again they unlocked the directors room for me so we could be in there when we weren't downstairs. Apparently no one has used it for 5 years... So I don't think I have much competition for it!

Hunter has started attempting to roll over. I noticed it for the first time yesterday on his playmat. He gets about halfway, with a lot of grunting and effort and then he kinda just falls back. Anyway because of this, we now have to make sure he's firmly strapped in on his change table, because he also has started to throw himself around a bit. He's not a fan of being strapped in. Mostly he screams the second he hears the click of the harness. I was getting ready for Sandown yesterday and he was on his change table after his bottle so I strapped him in. He cried for a bit, but then he kinda quietened down. Came back and found... this.
